Welcome to [Your Game / Store Name]. This page explains how we ship orders in the United States and how we handle issues like damaged or missing items.

Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship

  • United States only (50 states and DC). We do not currently ship internationally.

Carrier & service

  • USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping cost

  • $15 flat rate per order.

  • From time to time we may offer scaled rates based on quantity or weight. If activated, the actual shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

  • Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.

  • Estimated delivery after dispatch: 7–10 business days.

Order tracking

  • A tracking number will be sent to the purchaser by email when the order ships.

  • If you add a mobile number at checkout and consent to messages, we may also send tracking by SMS.

Address accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can reship once the correct address and any additional postage are paid.

Delivery confirmation & risk of loss

  • When a carrier marks an order Delivered to the address provided, it is considered delivered and complete.

  • If your package is lost in transit (no delivery scan), contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Delayed or lost-in-transit packages

  • If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days after shipment, email us at my.myriad.tcg@gmail.com with your order number and tracking link. We’ll open a trace with USPS and update you. Depending on the outcome, we may replace the order or issue store credit at our discretion.

 


Returns, Refunds & Replacements

All sales are final — no refunds.
Due to the collectible and randomized nature of trading card packs, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, duplicate purchases, or card contents.

Damaged items (within 14 days of delivery)

  • If your order arrives with severe damage to the product, email my.myriad.tcg@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the outer packaging (including any damage)

    • Photos of the product and the shipping label

  • We’ll assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement of the same item or store credit. We may request that you keep the packaging for carrier inspection or return the damaged item (we’ll provide instructions if needed).

Non-qualifying issues

  • Cosmetic imperfections to the outer packaging that do not affect product use

  • Opened or tampered with packs

  • Card contents or pull rates (odds are random; specific cards are not guaranteed)

  • Normal wear from handling or transit scuffing

Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders are sent to fulfilment quickly; cancellation or address changes aren’t guaranteed once placed. Email my.myriad.tcg@gmail.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best.

 


Payment Methods

We accept Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your payment method will be charged at checkout. All prices are shown in USD.

  • Contents of sealed packs are random. No specific card, rarity, or value is guaranteed.

  • We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after the policy update.
